Time Data Systems is proud to host our own, secure, web support server. We don't use a third party like many companies. We rely on our own hardware and purchased software so we can be 100% certain that your data is safe and sound.

If you are a maintenance contract customer please enter the support portal via the maintenance box on the left. If you are not a maintenance contract customer please use the box on the right. If you do not know your maintenance status please ask your support technician and he will verify your status for you.

If You are not covered under a maintenance contract you may also utilize the web support system. In addition to your time and materials billing, you will be charged a connection fee of $50. Please Follow the instructions below to receive Web Support.

If you are a non maintenance customer who wishes to renew maintenance, contact John Przybylinski at 480-731-9077 x 115 or via e-mail atJohnP@timedatasys.com.

Customers wishing to return to maintenance may be required to undergo a system inspection. The system must be brought up to a coverable state at the customer's expense prior to the reinstatement of maintenance coverage.
