Support Technician

Time Data Systems is looking for someone to add to our award winning technical support team. Our Ideal candidate should have a professional appearance, reliable transportation, a desire to help our clients, and be a good fit with our other tech staff team members.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be experienced in the following:

Microsoft Operating Systems, IIS, MS-SQL, Networking Basics, PC Troubleshooting, Database management, and have general logical problem solving skills.

Time and Attendance experience is a plus but we will train the selected candidate on our systems.

If selected for this position, you will be interfacing with our customer base to answer questions and resolve issues. You will also be responsible for hardware and software installation and system configuration. We sell and support systems throughout the country but focus on Arizona , Nevada , Colorado , and New Mexico . Occasional travel might be required.

The position offers a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement (must have reliable vehicle), and company paid health insurance.
